Anticipating New Year 2011!

I can't believe the year 2010 is coming to an end. Personally, I had a rather challenging year, one which I did not anticipate. This year was filled with much laughter and joy....but they were laced with some sadness, sorrows and surprises!

Surprise #1 - I resigned from a job I loved and had loved for the past 3 years.
Surprise #2 - I enrolled in a course about marketing using the social media. I have started not one but 2 businesses and these will keep me excited and fearful for the next few years! :) In my work, I have always thought my weaknesses to be sales/ marketing and anything related to computer/IT. Somehow, I have chosen to plunge myself into these areas....let's see what happens :)

I am excited and super-keen to prove that I can overcome my weakness, while at the same time be successful at it. Perserverence, diligence and enthusiasm shall lead the way in the next chapter of my life!

So, to summarize: 2010, the happiness I will cherish, the sadness will make me stronger. What happened in 2010 stays in 2010...and what I will bring into 2011 are the lessons learnt, the strength and wisdom gained...
With praise to God and feet on the ground, I plan to reach for the skies! I can, therefore I will.
